• Gnocchi Class, Sunday, April 6, 2:30 - 7:30pm -- Join Chef Nathan Lockwood and pasta specialist Tim Stewart for our Gnocchi & Gnudi class. You will learn to make a variety of Italian dumplings, including potato gnocchi, parsnip gnocchi and spring green gnudi. We will also show you an easy and versatile ragu recipe you can adapt to make your own, including Altura's own abruzzese lamb and beef ragu. The hands-on class will be followed by an informal dinner and wine.
